Seattle Roots has a legacy that is defined by its commitment to care for, uplift, and enrich its surrounding community. It was important that I work in a place with foundational values that reflected my own. 

To feel and be well means to be aware of your needs and how they change. Activities that consistently keep me feeling well are creating, reading, and connecting with loved ones. I hope to help my patients explore what wellness looks like for them.
