I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to provide care at Carolyn Downs medical center. The history behind its inception and its continued commitment to providing whole person care to populations who may not have the ability to get care elsewhere inspires me to become a better doctor every day.

Maintaining wellness looks different in every phase of life. In my current phase videogames, cooking, hiking, and yoga bring balance and joy to my life. I hope to learn what brings my patients joy and use that as a way to make wellness fun 😊.
