• Medication Adherence

• Chemical Dependency Counseling
• Mental Health Counseling
• Legal Support

HIV RN

Our HIV RNs work with patients to address their HIV
and medication needs

• HIV education and counseling
• Initiating HIV medication regimens
• Medication adherence support
• Med reviews and med changes
• Advocating for patient care and treatment planning

PrEP Services

PrEP RNs

The PrEP Team works with patients on PrEP or wanting to start PrEP through:

• Counseling on PrEP appropriateness
• Ininitating PrEP treatment
• Ongoing quarterly RN follow-ups
• PrEP navigation for insurance coverage
• Prescription renewals and adherence
