Patient Care Philosophy

My goal is to support your mental health and overall well-being. I work to provide client-centered culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space. I’ll do my best to personalize our sessions to fit your goals. In our meetings, we may discuss values and identify work, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, as well as addressing unhelpful thinking patterns, processing emotions, identifying strengths, resilience and skill-building.

Why I Work Here

The past and present connection to health equity by CDCHC’s founders, LGBTQIA activists and the Black Panther Party. I most enjoy the privilege of being able to work with a broad range of brilliant patients, as well as working for an organization that I believe in.

Well Being Philosophy

I engage in social justice organizing, exercising, practicing mindfulness, working on maintaining connections with friends and family, and spending time reading or watching bad TV.
