Patient Care Philosophy

As a holistically trained provider, I encourage a wide range of treatment options not just limited to Western medicine  but encouraging lifestyle changes and holistic care. Treating the whole person is a core value that guides my practice. Meeting patients where they are and helping them articulate their needs and goals is what brings me the most joy as a health care provider. Providing patients with a safe place to be heard and validated is a critical step on the path to health.

Why I Work Here

I feel grateful to work at a clinic like Country Doctor, where relationships are a primary focus of primary care. I believe every person should be treated with dignity and respect in the process of seeking health care, whatever their life circumstances may be. Getting to watch patients grow and change over a decade is the most rewarding part of being a primary care provider.

Well Being Philosophy

To maintain my own health, I run and do yoga most days. I love to garden, cook, and share meals with friends and family. Spending time outdoors with my children fills my soul.
