Patient Care Philosophy
The most important thing about the doctor-patient relationship is trust and mutual respect. My goal as your provider is to gain your trust to work together as a team to reach your health goals, and to have fun along the way!
Why I Work Here
I enjoy getting to know new people, forming unique relationships with each person, and watching families and their children grow.
Well Being Philosophy
To maintain my own health, I do CrossFit, yoga, reading and healthy cooking. My favorite health advice is to do what makes you happy, surround yourself with inspirational people, and get enough sleep!
