Patient Care Philosophy

I believe that everyone deserves access to holistic care that brings out their innate strengths and capabilities. Collaboration, transparency, and joyful expression are all important parts of my approach to therapy. I strive to create an environment where youth feel seen, fully accepted, and cared for so they can achieve the goals that are meaningful to them and make decisions about where they want to go in life.

Why I Work Here

I work at Seattle Roots because my values align with those of the organization. It is an honor to be a part of a team that is dedicated to community care and inspiring to see the kind of support that the collaborative model can provide to youth and families.

Well Being Philosophy

I believe that our mental, physical, and emotional health are all intertwined with the context we live in, our social bonds, and our ability to access the things we need to care for ourselves and our loved ones. Well-being means something different for everyone! For me, spending time outside, riding my bike, cooking and dancing are all how I care for myself and find joy.
