My philosophy in patient care is grounded in listening and understanding a patient's unique needs and circumstances; understanding all these factors then leads to a synthesis of a unique path to healing and wellbeing.

Working at Carolyn-Downs allows me to follow my passion for serving diverse underserved patient populations and I love the pacific northwest.

In my free time I like to unwind with a book and hot bath. I focus on activities that ground me in the moment, helping me clear my mind. I have found success building mindfulness through playing board games with friends or hiking and being in nature.
