I am a community-centered social worker, prioritizing what our patients and community members identify they need rather than providing solutions they haven't asked for. My approach is collaborative and liberatory, and I seek to always be validating of our patients' experiences.

Well Being Philosophy
My own well-being is enhanced through engaging with what brings me joy and a sense of connection: visiting bodies of water, time outside during golden hour, being with community, pursuing liberation from oppressive systems and beliefs, and accessing creativity through making and experiencing expressive and/or beautiful things.
