Patient Care Philosophy

My approach to patient care is to center the knowledge and wisdom that each person holds about their lived experiences, identities, and treatment goals. We will work collaboratively to identify the therapeutic approaches that resonate the most, and that facilitate the patient's desired exploration, healing and skill building.

Why I Work Here

I work here because I feel a strong alignment with the values of patient-centered, accessible and trauma-informed care at Seattle Roots.

Well Being Philosophy

I think well-being is shaped by access to equitable systems and institutions, community care and connections, having basic needs met, and personal practices that cultivate joy, love, gratitude, movement, and grounding.
