Kristin J Anderson, MD, MPH

I was drawn to family medicine because of the opportunity to care for people during all stages and transitions in life. I relish getting to know people’s stories and forging a partnership with patients to achieve their health goals. I have particular interest in the care of geriatric and LGBTQ+ populations.

I love coming to work alongside such a dedicated group of individuals who make up the Carolyn Downs family. In addition to my clinical time, I am also on faculty at the Swedish Cherry Hill Family Medicine Residency Program, training residents in geriatrics at Carolyn Downs. It is such a privilege that our clinic family can be a part of training future generations of social justice-minded physicians.

I’m a northwesterner, born and raised, so being outdoors is important to me, as is time spent with family and friends.
