Patient Care Philosophy

I deeply value the relationships I build with my patients and all that I learn from them along the way. It's a privilege to partner with each person on their health journey, working together to support their unique goals for their healthy and overall well-being.

Why I Work Here

I believe wholeheartedly in Seattle Roots Community Health's mission to provide high-quality, caring, and culturally appropriate care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. I find it energizing and fulfilling to working alongside such a highly-skilled and compassionate team of professionals.

Well Being Philosophy

I recognize that overall well-being depends on many factors beyond medical care alone. In our work together, I strive to keep this bigger picture in mind, understanding that health encompasses physical, mental, social, and environmental aspects. On a personal note, I find my own balance and joy through time in nature, enjoying good food, seeking new adventures, and spending quality time with family and friends.
